All services are provided via telehealth on Simple Practice.

  • I start with an intake session — a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to work toward. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your goals, including how we’ll work together and what support looks like for you.

For clients under 18, a parent or guardian will join the intake session so we can build a supportive plan as a team.

  • My individual therapy services focus on personal growth, self-exploration, and healing. I work collaboratively with adolescents (ages 12 and up) and adults to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship concerns. Together, we’ll develop personalized strategies and coping tools to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience.

  • In family therapy, I provide a supportive space to strengthen connections, improve communication, and reduce stress within the family. Family therapy can be the main focus of care or used alongside individual therapy, helping families navigate challenges and grow together.

  • Case management includes coordination of care, referrals, collaboration with external providers, and advocacy to support your therapeutic goals and overall functioning.

  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting teens and adults. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Boston University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I draw from a blend of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, TF-CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy. I believe the client-therapist relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.

As a lifelong Alaskan, I enjoy hiking, spending time with family and friends, reading, and trying new foods. I bring this same curiosity and openness to therapy, offering a supportive space where clients can explore, grow, and fully embrace who they are.
